A beer brewed to test a new yeast strain. Jam packed with Mosaic and Galaxy hops.
Less Info ▴Golden-yellow and hazy in appearance, this brew is a soulful combination of American and German ingredients. Complex yet incredibly subtle, a faint sweetness immediately greets your palate followed by a distinctive wheat note. Notes of banana and clove are ever so subtly detected on the finish.
Less Info ▴Named after our favorite rooster on the farm, this East Coast IPA is one of our favorite recipes. It was hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria. A hazy golden body is crowned by a big white head. Aromas of mango, tangerine and berries come through on the nose. The flavor profile displays some citrus fruit character with a very low bitterness and a soft mouthfeel.
Less Info ▴A double dry-hopped, New England style IPA. Hopped exclusively with El Dorado and Citra. This is our juiciest IPA yet!
Less Info ▴We took a very light porter, added 120 lbs of Maryland maple syrup from S and S Maple Camp and finshed with 6% smoked malt from Copper Fox(VA).
Less Info ▴Dank Hop Aromatics of Lemon, Pine, & Stone Fruit. Full Body Roasted Malts with Umami Notes from Sesame Seeds. An over stimulation of hops, but we would not want it any other way. It’s not enough. We need more. Nothing seems to satisfy. We don’t want it. We just need it. One great big distraction to keep you occupied. Just don’t call us pessimists. Try and read between the lines.
Less Info ▴This is our collaborative effort with our good friends from Graft Cidery out of New York. 50% cider fermented in sherry casks with brettanomyces and 50% farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels. After carefully blending, we added hundreds of pounds of blueberries before bottle conditioning. This complex meld of flavors and aromas is moderately tart with prominent notes of berry, hay and citrus fruit.
Less Info ▴From the shadows of a dark and opulent curtain spring the robust aromas of locally roasted coffee and hardy malt. Deep-seated hop bitterness rallies with these conspirators, delivering a well-balanced thrust of assertive flavor to a bland tyrant. Raise a glass in celebration of liberating taste. “Et tu, Brewte?”
Less Info ▴A refreshing mix of cantaloupe and cucumber balances the spicy bite of this saison. It’s the perfect beer to remind you that Spring is here!
